Bungle (British, b.1975)

Having studied as a graphic designer in the early 90's Bungle developed a sweet tooth for urban street art imagery. Wheat paste-ups, spray painted graffiti, stencils and stickers all became a huge part of his life. His obsession to paint has born an artist who uses acrylics, spray paint and posca pens with stencil and freehand techniques to create images on pretty much anything- any scale.

 Recent work has led Bungle to take the iconic, famous, beautiful, glamorous and the unremarkable and create an image with meaning either hidden or unashamed- “I can’t understand how a celebrity baby purchase is seen as acceptable”

 Bungle currently lives and works in Bristol, UK and exhibits original works in Gallery90, London and the Upfest Gallery, Bristol
